Connection

  1. Visit the Download pageopen in new window to acquire the applications for both your PC and Android or iOS devices. Proceed to download and install the apps from there.

  2. Access the scan page on your smart device and select the name of the PC that appears, to establish the connection you desire.

There are four methods available to connect a smart device to a PC.

Wi-Fi within a local network

  1. Ensure both the PC and the smart device are connected to the same router.
  2. When you open the scan page on your device, you should see the name of the PC. If not, please check the PC's firewall and antivirus settings to ensure that monectserverservice.exe is included in the whitelist.
  3. Click on the name of the PC to which you want to establish a connection.
  4. A connection will be established

Wi-Fi over the Internet

  1. Registeropen in new window for an account
  2. Log in on both your PC and smart devices, or alternatively, open the Home pageopen in new window from a web browser.
  3. "Click on the name of the PC to which you wish to establish a connection."
  4. A connection will be established

Connect via USB

  1. Plug in the smart device to the PC.
  2. Click the USB icon on the scan page; you will be prompted to navigate to the USB tethering page to enable USB tethering.
  3. Return to the scan page and click the USB icon again.
  4. A connection will be established

Connect via Bluetooth

  1. Ensure that the Bluetooth driver installed on the PC is from Microsoft and not a third-party one like Bluesoleil, etc.
  2. Open the scan page on your Android device.
  3. Click the Bluetooth icon and grant the required permissions if prompted.
  4. Wait until the name of the PC appears.
  5. Click on the name of the PC to which you want to establish a connection.
  6. A connection will be established.
